Program Manager

OnTrack is growing. To ensure ongoing quality services to Participants, we are looking for an additional manager in our administration team. Interested?

We would like to hear from you if you are willing to;

• ensure person-centred, efficient, effective, quality and capacity-building services to people with disabilities.
• take responsibility for the development, delivery, and management of multi-discipline complex supports.
• manage the team responsible for intake and engagement as it relates to supported accommodation.
• facilitate intensive, recovery-oriented support for people with a range of disabilities and who often have a history of homelessness, addiction, dual disability, social dysfunction, aggressive and inappropriate behaviours.
